Working on this book was a dream come true for me and my friend Lacey, who I have known since middle school! It was a lot of fun working with her to bring her story to life, and being able to get a message of fun, family, and hope out during a time of uncertainty and upheaval for many families. And because it wasn’t such a fun time for many, a percentage of each sale of our book goes to No Kid Hungry—a non profit that helps provide food for kids and families in need.
